Our Story

Formerly known as Romero Strategies, and now housed in Bangkok, Thailand, The Wagner-Romero Collective is a New Orleans–born leadership and strategic development firm dedicated to forging genuine connections across cultures, generations, and disciplines. Guided by the vision that every individual thrives when rooted in belonging and shared understanding, we partner with people and organizations around the globe to co-create bespoke coaching fellowships, immersive learning experiences, and strategic capacity-building programs. Through a lens of cultural humility and collaborative design, we cultivate the mindsets, skills, and networks needed to reimagine fractured systems, spark equitable impact, and sustain vibrant communities. Whether through one-on-one executive coaching or team-wide strategic initiatives, our mission is to empower visionary leaders to imagine—and realize—bold, sustainable solutions for the challenges of today and tomorrow.

At the heart of our name is “Collective”—a deliberate choice that underscores our belief that the greatest breakthroughs arise when diverse voices, expertise, and lived experiences come together as equals.
